Return and refund policy:
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached or included.
  • Returns is paid for by the buyer.
Can I exchange or refund an item?
Yes. An exchange or refund is accepted only if the item(s) meet the four return and refund conditions in our return policy above. For logical reasons, personalized items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
Should you, much against expectation, have received a faulty item, please Contact us with a clear picture of the item fault and your order number and we will work this issue out with you.
How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
Contact us regarding an exchange or refund. In our reply, we will inform details of our return shipping address. Exchange and refund shipping cost is paid for by the buyer, as per our return and refund policy.
How long does it take to process my refund?
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP. On occasions it may take up to 21 days for us to receive your returning item and up to a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account, but typically the process will take about 14 days. If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 28 days since you posted your returns, then please Contact us with a picture of your return shipping receipt. Please do make sure to obtain and retain proof of return of package. We do not refund shipping costs of your order.
